Scheduling Policy

To ensure a productive mediation experience, you agree to schedule only one session at a time with the Mediator. You will not schedule your next session until the completion of your currently scheduled session. This approach allows adequate time for you to complete any assignments or gather information requested during your session and provides us sufficient time to review these materials and prepare properly for your next session.

Within your allocated Time Period, you may have as many sessions as mutually agreeable, subject to both your availability and the availability of the Mediator, provided that sufficient progress is being made toward resolution of your issues. The determination of whether sufficient progress is being made shall be at the sole discretion of the Mediator.

Should you attempt to schedule more than one session at a time, the session scheduled to occur soonest will be retained on the calendar, and any subsequently scheduled session will be automatically canceled without advanced notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Session No-Shows

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a previously confirmed session with the Mediator or Coach, you agree to provide us with 72 hours’ written notice. Should you fail to provide the required notice, or simply fail to attend a previously confirmed session, you agree we reserve the right to invoice and collect from you the following fees:

For a standard (up to 45-minutes) session with the Coach – $225
For a standard (up to 1 hour) MOU Review Session with the Mediator – $400
For a standard (up to 2-hours) Divorce Mediation Session with the Mediator – $800

Emergency Exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may offer exceptions to the cancellation fees outlined in this Agreement in cases of genuine emergencies, including but not limited to:

Serious illness or hospitalization of the client or immediate family member
Death in the immediate family
Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the client’s reasonable control that prevent attendance
Court-ordered appearances that conflict with scheduled sessions

Emergency exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and should be communicated to us as soon as reasonably possible. Sessions missed due to approved emergencies will not incur cancellation fees.
