Absolutely! The information contained in this course is applicable no matter where you live in the United States.

I live outside the United States. Will this course work for me?

No. Because the majority of the content contained in our course only applies to divorce in the United States.

Does this course include the forms I need to file my own divorce?

No. This is not a DIY divorce product, it’s a preparing for divorce course.

What is the format for the course?

This private, self-guided and self-paced course is taught through exclusive pre-recorded videos. Additional materials including written content and downloadable guides, are available within various modules as appropriate.

Can I download the videos?

The videos are available in your account, ready for viewing (or re-watching), but they are not downloadable at this time.

How long do I have access to the content?

You will have access to the course for one year from your date of purchase.

And if additional content is added to the course during that time, you will have access to the new content also.

I'm already in the middle of the divorce process. Will this course still be useful to me?

It depends. If you’re in the middle of a litigated divorce, and you and your spouse both agree you want to go a more peaceful route instead, then yes.

But if you’ve already entered the adversarial divorce process, and there’s no hope of turning back, then sadly, no.

Will any other course participants see that I am taking this course?

No. Enrollment is completely confidential - you will not see other students and they will not see you. You can simply log in and access the content at your own convenience, whenever you would like!

I don’t want my spouse to know I bought your course. How will it show on my credit card?

On your credit card, your purchase will show as either "EMS, LLC" or "Equitable Mediation."
