Joe earned a master’s degree in finance and completed specialized training in negotiation and mediation at some of the world's most prestigious institutions, including Harvard University, MIT, Northwestern University, The New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, The Academy of Professional Family Mediators, and The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysis.
As a child of divorce, he knows firsthand the damage attorney-driven litigation inflicts on families. In 2008, he founded Equitable Mediation Services with his partner and wife, Cheryl, to offer a more peaceful and dignified alternative.
Joe's unique blend of financial acumen, mediation expertise, and personal insight enables him to skillfully guide couples through complex divorce negotiations.
