Does this course include the forms I need to file my own divorce?

No.

This is not a DIY divorce product, it is a kit to help prepare financially - before a divorce is underway.

What is the format for the kit?

There is one pre-recorded video, and the rest of the exercises are presented through a combination of written content and downloadable checklists, worksheets and guides.

How long do I have access to the content?

You will have access to the kit for one year from your date of purchase.

And if additional content is added to the kit during that time, you will have access to the new content also.

Note: If you download the materials, you will technically have lifetime access to them!

Will any other course participants see that I purchased the kit?

No.

Enrollment is completely confidential - you will not see other students and they will not see you. You can simply log in and access the content at your own convenience, whenever you would like!

I don’t want my spouse to know I bought your kit. How will it show on my credit card?

On your credit card, your purchase will show as either "EMS, LLC" or "Equitable Mediation."

I’m already in the middle of the divorce process. Will this kit still be useful to me?

No.

If you are already in the middle of divorce proceedings, and are working with a lawyer, mediator, or other divorce professional, they will have their own process.
